For seventeen years and counting, USGBC National Capital Region's A Midsummer Night's Green has been the premier summer networking event for the DC area green building community. It brings together industry leaders and sustainability advocates from across the region to recognize and celebrate the project teams, organizations and individuals that have made the National Capital Region a global leader in green building.
This year, we're returning to the Arena Stage in Washington DC on July 18, with plans to make the 2019 edition of A Midsummer Night's Green the most memorable yet! We invite you to play an important role in this highly-anticipated annual event and to demonstrate your leadership in the green building movement by signing on as a 2019 A Midsummer Night's Green sponsor. Below are just a few of the biggest reasons why.
A Midsummer Night's Green offers the best marketing and branding opportunities in the DC area green building market.
A Midsummer Night's Green regularly draws around 300 attendees from across the building industryspectrum, including architects, developers, building owners, engineers, general contractors, government workers, consultants and manufacturers. All sponsors are acknowledged at the event through signage and during the Awards Ceremony. In addition, different sponsor levels come with unique branding opportunities, such logos on photo booth souvenirs, napkins, or cocktail tabletops, project poster displays, and/or opportunities to speak at the Awards Ceremony or VIP pre-reception.
Promotions for the event, which include sponsor branding and acknowledgement, run in USGBC NCR’s weekly e-newsletter, which has a subscriber list of over 6,000, and on the USGBC website, which has 160,000 unique web visitors monthly. This translates into tens of thousands of digital impressions for our sponsor organizations.
Enjoy the event as a VIP.
In addition to complimentary tickets to the event, sponsors have exclusive access to our pre-event VIP reception, attended by industry leaders and USGBC executives. Some sponsor levels additionally have reserved seating during the Community Leader Awards Ceremony.
Your sponsorship supports the hardest working team in the region’s green building industry.
USGBC NCR is driven by financial support from sponsorship and membership. A Midsummer Night's Green is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and your sponsorship dollars go directly to supporting our staff and programming, including community service, policy advocacy, essential education and primer networking opportunities to connect and strengthen our community.
Want more information? Check out our sponsorship prospectus, and contact Mark Bryan with questions. Sponsorship opportunities are limited, and signing on early allows you to get the most promotional air-time leading up to the event, so don’t wait to reach out. Sign-on today, and be a part of making this year's A Midsummer Night's Green a success!
